The name Red Rose came from the heraldic badge of Lancashire after growing up here and appreciating its landscape, a rose also signifies love and passion which is put into every item made. Our core values are to create beautiful handmade items in as sustainable way as possible, and show the skill and passion that goes into handmade and provide wearable art with every piece having a story or style.
My names Micah and I have worked in woodworking for over 20 years but more on the commercial side, in my spare time for the joy of it I started woodcraft and woodcarving 5 years ago which then became my full time focus and with the support of my wife Dacy who performs all the essentials of packing, shipping, and customer services we now have a business which we love and feel great creative satisfaction running.
